SAP CRM Functional Consultant

• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM. • Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns. • Manage pricing, discounts, rebates, settlement management, and FSCM Credit Management. • Configure Business Partners, Customer Master Data, customer hierarchies, and partner functions. • Drive integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, CRM, and third-party applications. • Support EDI, IDocs, APIs, middleware, e-commerce, and customer portal integrations. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments and enhancements. • Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, and master data governance activities. • Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support. • Provide L2/L3 application support, incident management, and SLA compliance monitoring. • Advise business stakeholders on SAP best practices, process improvements, and automation opportunities. • Lead SAP enhancement and transformation projects using SAP Activate methodology. • Manage vendors, project risks, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Conduct user training, change management, and knowledge transfer sessions. • Ensure compliance with SAP governance, audit requirements, GRC controls, and release management processes. • 12+ years of SAP SD experience with strong SAP S/4HANA exposure. • Hands-on expertise in SAP SD, SAP CRM, OTC, Pricing, Rebates, FSCM Credit Management, and Returns Management. • Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Beverage, or Consumer Goods industries. • Proven track record in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. • Strong integration knowledge across MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, EDI, APIs, and middleware. • Experience leading SAP transformation, enhancement, and support projects. • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. • SAP Activate methodology experience with exposure to cutover, go-live, and hypercare. • SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification preferred. • Excellent leadership, vendor management, and team mentoring skills.
