Salesperson - Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their style and needs. * Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and upselling suggestions to enhance customer purchases. * Maintain store presentation and ensure displays are visually appealing and fully stocked. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. * Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. * Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdowns. * Stay updated on the latest trends, promotions, and store policies. Requirements: * Previous retail sales or customer service experience (fashion retail preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Positive attitude, confidence, and a professional appearance. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Basic computer skills for sales processing and inventory updates. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
