We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-focused Salesperson to join our retail team at Spartan Shop W.L.L which is proudly associated with Spartan Fitness W.L.L The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a strong understanding of gym apparel and accessories, and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. As a Salesperson, you will assist customers in meeting their requirements while promoting the retail store’s offerings and ensuring a positive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing them with personalized recommendations based on their fitness goals and preferences. * Demonstrate flexibility to support the broader business needs of the company and, when required, assist with tasks and responsibilities across other departments. * Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the gym wear, workout apparel, and equipment we sell, including fabric types, features, sizing, and care instructions. * Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the point of sale (POS) system. * Maintain store appearance by organizing products, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and keeping displays clean and appealing. * Ensure that products are properly labeled with pricing and promotional information. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling, cross\-selling, and promoting special offers and new arrivals. * Provide product education to customers, explaining the benefits of various equipment based on their needs and activities. * Assist customers with sizing, fit, and product selection, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience. * Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and inform the manager of low stock or popular items that need replenishing. * Stay updated on current trends in fitness apparel, gym wear, and gloves, as well as promotions and events at the associated fitness facility. * Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, escalating issues to the manager as necessary. * Participate in visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the store layout is attractive and aligned with brand standards. * Support with store opening and closing procedures, including cashing out and securing the premises. **Required Qualifications**: * High school diploma or equivalent (a background in fitness, retail, or fashion is a plus). * Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the fitness, sports, or apparel industry. * Strong passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of gym wear, and other fitness accessories. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build relationships. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * A positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales goals. * Available to join immediately.
