Salesman and costumer service

We’re looking for a driven, hands\-on Sales \& Operations Manager who can wear two hats: growing our client base through active sales outreach, and keeping day\-to\-day production and workflow running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership over both the top line and the engine room of a growing business. Key Responsibilities Sales * Identify, prospect, and pitch new clients (cafes, restaurants, corporates, retail) via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in\-person visits * Build and manage a pipeline of leads and follow\-ups through to close * Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in line with company margins * Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals * Represent Nashr at client meetings and site visits Pay: Up to QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
