Job Description – Print Press SalesmanJob Title **Print Press Salesman – Large Format \& Small Format Printing** Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Print Press Salesman** to generate new business opportunities and manage existing clients for our printing services. The candidate will be responsible for selling **large\-format and small\-format printing solutions**, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. * Promote the company's **large\-format printing services**, including: * Banners * Vinyl and stickers * Indoor and outdoor signage * Wall graphics * Vehicle graphics * Exhibition and event branding * Roll\-up banners and display stands * Fabric and promotional printing * Promote **small\-format printing services**, including: * Business cards * Flyers and brochures * Catalogues and booklets * Letterheads and envelopes * Stickers and labels * Packaging and promotional materials * Certificates and marketing materials * Meet clients to understand their printing and branding requirements. * Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the production and operations teams. * Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed sales orders. * Coordinate with the design and production departments to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated. * Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate solutions when required. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts. * Stay updated on printing materials, technologies, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements \& Qualifications * Previous experience in **printing, signage, advertising, or related industries** is preferred. * Strong knowledge of **large\-format and small\-format printing products and materials**. * Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. * Ability to generate leads and build a strong customer database. * Experience in preparing quotations and following up with clients. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems is an advantage. * Valid driving license is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Monthly sales revenue. * Number of new customers acquired. * Customer retention and repeat business. * Quotation\-to\-order conversion rate. * Achievement of assigned sales targets. * Collection and follow\-up of customer payments. * Customer satisfaction and service quality.
