Flexible Printing - Operator (Narrow Web Flexographic Printing Machine

• Operate and maintain narrow web flexographic printing presses, ensuring optimal machine performance and print quality. • Set up and adjust printing plates, anilox rolls, and ink systems for various job requirements and substrate types. • Monitor and control print registration, color consistency, and overall job accuracy throughout the production run. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or a related field is advantageous. • Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience operating narrow web flexographic printing machine. • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print-related issues on the fly. • Proficiency in setting up and operating presses for various ink types
