Sales Team Manager

**Job Summary:** We are hiring a **Sales Team Manager** to lead our sales department, manage daily operations, and drive team performance to achieve revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage, direct, and evaluate the sales team. * Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure they are met. * Train team members on closing deals and negotiation techniques. * Monitor KPIs and report sales performance directly to management. * Handle key client accounts and resolve escalated issues. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader. * Strong background in B2B/B2C sales. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
