**Sales Designer** **Location:** Kuwait (Kuwait Residents Only) **Type:** Full\-time \| Base Salary \+ Competitive Commission **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and well\-presented **Sales Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end\-to\-end client journey—translating lifestyle needs into custom interior solutions, providing expert consultations, and closing high\-value contracts. **Key Responsibilities** * **Client Consultation:** Conduct in\-depth lifestyle analysis and expert consultations to understand client requirements and project scopes. * **Design \& Visualization:** Develop accurate 3D models, spatial layouts, and realistic renders to showcase proposed designs. * **Sales \& Contract Closing:** Drive the sales pipeline, deliver engaging presentations, and successfully close high\-value custom design contracts. * **Relationship \& Project Management:** Maintain exceptional standards of client experience, managing project follow\-ups and communication from concept through execution. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 1\-2\+ years of proven experience in sales for kitchens, custom cabinetry, interior design, or high\-end furniture. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SketchUp and standard rendering engines (e.g., V\-Ray, Enscape). * **Soft Skills:** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities. * **Professional Image:** Highly polished, well\-presented, and confident in client\-facing environments. * **Residency:** Must currently reside in Kuwait with valid transferable status. **What We Offer** * Attractive base salary paired with a high\-reward, tailored commission structure on closed targets * Dynamic, creative work environment with high\-end luxury client portfolios. **How to Apply** Interested candidates in Kuwait meeting the above criteria are invited to send their CV and portfolio to Pay: KD400\.000 \- KD600\.000 per month Location: * Kuwait City (Required) Work Location: In person
