Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in Kuwait’s food and restaurant sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our catering and food service operations. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the food, restaurant, catering, and hospitality sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. • Follow up on catering contracts, tenders, quotations, and sales proposals. • Prepare and submit offers in coordination with the relevant departments. • Conduct regular client visits and follow up on leads and ongoing opportunities. • Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company policies and targets. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Prepare regular sales reports and update the management team on progress and results. • Must be currently residing in Kuwait. • Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a personal car. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the food, restaurant, catering, or hospitality sector. • Practical experience with catering contracts, tenders, quotations, and client follow-ups. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to generate leads, meet sales targets, and work independently. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional email correspondence. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market is preferred. • Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
