**Job Title: Sales Executive – HORECA \& Fine Dining (Italian Food Products)** **Company:** Mercato Italiano FZC **Location:** UAE **About Us:** Mercato Italiano brings authentic Italian gastronomic excellence to the Middle Eastern market — supplying premium frozen, fresh, and ready\-to\-heat Italian products (pasta, sauces, desserts, and more) to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and fine dining establishments across the UAE. **Job Overview:** We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to grow our client base within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and fine dining sector. The ideal candidate has an established network and proven track record selling food products to hotels, restaurants, and premium dining establishments in the UAE. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, approach, and onboard new clients within the HORECA and fine dining segment * Maintain and grow relationships with existing hotel, restaurant, and catering clients * Present and promote our range of Italian food products to chefs, F\&B managers, and procurement teams * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Conduct regular client visits and product presentations/tastings * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities * Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely after\-sales support * Report sales activity and pipeline updates to management **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in HORECA / fine dining / food distribution in the UAE * Existing network of contacts with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies is a strong advantage * Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently * Knowledge of Italian food products is a plus **What We Offer:** * Attractive base salary * Uncapped commission on sales * Company fuel and allowance included * Opportunity to grow with an established Italian food import and distribution company **How to Apply:** Send your CV to or apply directly through Indeed.
