Sales lady/Shop Assistant

• Assist customers in selecting abayas, fabrics, and other tailoring products according to their needs and preferences. • Take customer measurements accurately and assist with alteration and tailoring requirements when needed. • Monitor stock levels and ensure merchandise is properly organized, displayed, and replenished . • Handle sales transactions, payments, receipts, and basic daily shop records. • Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the tailoring/production team regarding order status and delivery. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment. • Support promotions, new product displays, and other shop activities as required. • Build good relationships with customers and provide professional customer service. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns politely and efficiently. • Female candidate – Filipino nationality preferred. • Age: 35 years old or below . • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, boutique, abaya/fashion retail, tailoring, or a similar customer service role. • Good communication skills in English . • Ability to communicate with Arabic-speaking customers is an advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent education is required to understand product information and sales processes. • Previous retail sales experience, ideally 1-2 years, to demonstrate a foundational understanding of customer service and sales techniques. • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills for inventory and customer data management. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English to clearly articulate product benefits and engage with a diverse customer base.
