Sales Executive - Skincare

Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations. * Maintain strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and brands to support customer needs. * Maximize sales through cross\-selling and up\-selling. * Build strong customer relationships and follow up with regular and high\-potential customers. * Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation. * Adhere to store KPIs, SOPs, inventory, expiry, and company policies. * Ensure accurate handling of sales transactions and required documentation. * Follow company, regulatory, and loss prevention policies at all times. * Be flexible to work across different shifts and locations based on business requirements. **Eligibility Criteria:** * High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred * Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare * Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service and relationship\-building skills
