Sales Engineer

• Drive sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering solutions, and meter billing services, while identifying and securing new meter replacement and billing projects. • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, district cooling providers, facility management companies, and end users. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to obtain client approvals and specifications. • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure and handover to project teams. • Perform site visits, assess project requirements, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for successful project execution. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analyses, and achieve assigned revenue targets in compliance with company policies. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline. • Minimum 3–10 years of proven experience in sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering systems, or utility billing services, including meter replacement projects. • Mandatory Metering experience required. • Strong technical knowledge of district cooling metering, billing processes, and associated communication protocols and systems. • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and secure technical approvals from clients and consultants. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
