Sales Executive

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone and social media. • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Present and explain the company's services effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Negotiate with clients and close sales. • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. • Update customer information and maintain accurate records. • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service. • Excellent phone communication skills. • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. • Confident in presenting services and handling objections. • Customer-focused with a professional attitude. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media). • Team player with a positive attitude. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. • Fluency in English is required; Hindi/ Urdu is an advantage.
