Sales Executive – Luxury BoutiqueJob Purpose Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience while representing the Noon By Noor brand. Ensure strong customer relationships, effective sales, impeccable boutique presentation, and smooth day\-to\-day operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide personalized luxury customer service, styling advice, and product recommendations. * Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle enquiries, appointments, and after\-sales service. * Develop strong knowledge of the Noon By Noor brand, collections, products, and brand story. * Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation, cleanliness, and organization. * Support inventory management, stock counts, stock movements, replenishment, and accurate product tracking. * Coordinate with Head Office, Production, Operations, Marketing, and hotel teams to ensure smooth boutique operations. * Implement product launches, collection changes, merchandising updates, and promotional displays. * Monitor sales, customer preferences, and product performance; provide regular feedback and market insights. * Maintain professional relationships with Ritz\-Carlton staff and represent the brand professionally within the hotel. * Maintain a polished appearance, positive attitude, and high standards of professionalism, discretion, and accountability. Qualifications \& Experience * Experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, hospitality, or high\-end customer service preferred. * Strong passion for luxury fashion and client service. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Strong attention to detail and professional presentation. * Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. * Microsoft Office proficiency is an advantage.
