Automotive Showroom Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling showroom visitors and incoming leads, understanding customers’ vehicle requirements and budgets, presenting suitable cars, explaining vehicle specifications, pricing, warranty and financing options, and following up with customers until the sale is closed. The role requires a proactive salesperson who is comfortable communicating with customers face\-to\-face, by phone and through WhatsApp, and who can consistently follow up on leads and work toward monthly sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * **⁠ ⁠**Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. * ⁠ ⁠Handle incoming sales inquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls and digital marketing leads. * ⁠ ⁠Understand customer needs, budget and preferred vehicle specifications. * ⁠ ⁠Present vehicles professionally and explain features, prices, warranty and financing options. * ⁠ ⁠Arrange vehicle viewings and test drives. * ⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchasing process. * ⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently with potential customers and maintain an active sales pipeline. * ⁠ ⁠Negotiate professionally and convert qualified leads into sales. * ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer and lead records. * ⁠ ⁠Follow up with customers who visited the showroom but did not purchase immediately. * ⁠ ⁠Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs. * ⁠ ⁠Maintain good knowledge of available vehicles and competing offers in the Bahrain automotive market. * ⁠ ⁠Build long\-term customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat business. **Requirements:** * **⁠ ⁠**Previous sales experience is required; automotive or car showroom experience is strongly preferred. * ⁠ ⁠Fluent in Arabic and English. * ⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. * ⁠ ⁠Excellent customer service and follow\-up skills. * ⁠ ⁠Target\-driven and comfortable working with sales KPIs. * ⁠ ⁠Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems and basic computer applications. * ⁠ ⁠Currently based in Bahrain. * ⁠ ⁠Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred. * ⁠ ⁠Professional appearance and attitude.
