Sales Executive

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales across the UAE market. • Promote and sell manhole covers, drainage products, and fabricated metal products. • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and clients. • Identify new projects and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders. • Conduct regular client visits to achieve monthly sales targets. • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records. • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). • 2–3 years of UAE sales experience in construction materials, metal fabrication, or related industries. • Experience in manhole covers, drainage products, or similar construction products is preferred. • Strong knowledge of manhole covers, drainage items, and related construction products. • Strong network with UAE contractors, MEP contractors, and consultants. • Good understanding of the UAE construction market, project sales cycle, and customer requirements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is an added advantage. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
