Job description
**Job Summary**
We are looking for enthusiastic **Rental / Sales Executives** with a strong background in real estate to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, for our Oman Branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate leads and expand the client base.
* Assist clients with property sales and rentals.
* Conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate contracts and close transactions.
* Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
* Stay informed about market trends.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* **Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales and/or Leasing.**
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Self\-motivated and target\-driven.
Work Location: In person
