**Sales Executive \& Operations Coordinator – Evershine Cleaning Services LLC** **Company:** Evershine Cleaning Services LLC – Dubai, UAE **Position:** Sales Executive \& Operations Coordinator **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Cleaning \& Facility Services About the Role Evershine Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Executive \& Operations Coordinator** to join our growing team in Dubai. We give **strong preference to candidates with previous experience in the cleaning, facility management, hospitality, maintenance, or related service industries**, particularly those who already have knowledge of the Dubai market and an existing client network. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, coordinating cleaning operations, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from enquiry to completion. Key Responsibilities **Sales \& Business Development** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market. * Generate leads through corporate visits, calls, referrals, networking, and existing contacts. * Approach residential, commercial, hospitality, property management, and facility management clients. * Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up until successful closure. * Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Maintain an updated pipeline of leads, quotations, and opportunities. * Follow up on outstanding payments when required. **Operations Coordination** * Coordinate cleaning teams and supervisors for daily assignments and projects. * Schedule manpower according to project requirements. * Ensure teams arrive on time and projects are completed according to agreed scope. * Coordinate with clients regarding access, schedules, requirements, and site instructions. * Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly. * Coordinate materials, equipment, manpower, and transportation requirements. * Follow up with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare and maintain basic operational reports. Preferred Candidate Profile * **1–3\+ years of relevant experience** in sales and/or operations. * **Strong preference for candidates with experience in cleaning services, facility management, hospitality, maintenance, or similar service industries.** * Existing relationships with property managers, facility management companies, real estate companies, offices, hotels, restaurants, or corporate clients will be an advantage. * UAE/Dubai market experience is preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business. * Good organizational and coordination skills. * UAE driving license is an advantage. * Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Commission \& Incentives **Attractive 5% commission on achieved sales targets**, in addition to the fixed salary package.
