Van Sales Executive

* **Route \& Territory Sales:** Execute daily delivery routes to meet or exceed volume and revenue quotas. * **Direct Store Delivery (DSD):** Unload goods, rotate inventory directly at client locations. * **Client Relationship Management:** Build rapport with store managers, pitch new promotional bundles, and handle reorders. * **Financial Management:** Issue invoices, log sales data, and collect cash or digital payments. * **Vehicle \& Stock Maintenance:** Perform routine safety checks on the van and ensure accurate daily stock reconciliation * **Valid Driving License:** A clean, valid local manual driving license appropriate for commercial vans. * **Sales Experience:** 2 to 5 years of route sales or field sales experience, ideally within FMCG or wholesale distribution. * **Communication Skills:** Strong negotiation ability and fluency in local trade languages. * **Physical Stamina:** Ability to handle loading, unloading, and long hours on the road.
