Sales Executive and Content Creator

• Meet clients on site and at our office. • Present our services and explain our process. • Prepare quotes with our estimation team and negotiate terms. • Close deals and hand projects to the project manager. • Meet companies and brokers to build referral and project partnerships. • Follow up every lead within 24 hours. • Design content for Instagram, LinkedIn and our website. This includes project photos, reels, posts and presentations. • Report on leads, meetings and closed deals each week. You sell our services, create our marketing content and build partnerships. You work with homeowners, brokers, designers and developers. You own the process from first meeting to signed contract. What we need • 2 years of sales experience in [interior fit out, construction, real estate or similar]. • Proven record of closing deals in the UAE. • Skills in [Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools]. • Strong written and spoken English. [Arabic, Hindi or Urdu] is a plus. • UAE driving license and own car. • Willingness to visit sites and attend meetings across Dubai.
