Sales and Social Media Associate

**Sales \& Social Media Associate – Marina Hotel Al Khor** Marina Hotel Al Khor is looking for a motivated and creative **Sales \& Social Media Associate** to support our hotel’s sales activities and build a strong online presence. * **Must be currently based in Qatar – Local Hire Only.** * **Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the sales team in promoting hotel rooms, F\&B, meetings, and events. * Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses. * Assist with sales calls, client visits, proposals, and follow\-ups. * Manage the hotel’s social media accounts and daily content. * Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content. * Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers. * Support hotel promotions, campaigns, and special events. * Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports. * Coordinate with different hotel departments to collect content and promotional information. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in hotel sales, social media, marketing, or a similar role. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. * Creative mindset with an eye for photography and content creation. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills. * Hotel or hospitality experience is preferred. * Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to be part of a new hotel opening. * Dynamic and professional working environment. * Opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry. **Location:** Al Khor, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
