The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their gifting requirements, recommending suitable products, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role also includes coordinating customer orders, maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, supporting showroom presentation, and collaborating with the team on promotional campaigns and client presentations. نبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات وعلاقات عملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مدينة الرياض. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن استقبال العملاء، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وتقديم الحلول المناسبة للهدايا، و، ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين، وإتمام عمليات البيع. كما تشمل المهام تنسيق طلبات العملاء، والمحافظة على سجلات العملاء، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات والشكاوى باحترافية، ودعم عرض المنتجات داخل المعرض، والتعاون مع الفريق في الحملات التسويقية والعروض المقدمة للعملاء. Qualifications\| المؤهلات Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Proven sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
