Safety Officer

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to the specific needs of the workforce, promoting a culture of safety awareness. • Collaborate with management to create and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring all personnel are prepared for any potential crisis. • Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring employees are trained and equipped to work safely. • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance audits, providing reports to management as needed. • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, facilitating regular training sessions to keep the workforce informed. • Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge. • NEBOSH, IOSH certificates required. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role within the construction industry, showcasing hands-on expertise. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software, enabling efficient documentation and reporting. • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective safety solutions based on data-driven insights. • Physical ability to conduct on-site inspections and assessments, ensuring all safety protocols are visually and practically evaluated. • Ability to lead safety training sessions, engaging employees and fostering a positive learning environment. • Valid UAE Driving Licence. • Available for immediate joining.
