Job description

Designing lifting plans, rigging layouts, and load calculations. Selecting appropriate cranes, slings, shackles, spreader beams, etc. Calculating load weights, centers of gravity, and safety factors. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinating with crane operators, site engineers, and safety teams. Reviewing method statements and risk assessments. Supervising critical or heavy lifts on-site. Degree/Diploma Holder. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. Ability to supervise and train rigging teams
