Revit/CAD draughstman

**Revit / CAD Draughtsman – Architecture \& Engineering Consultancy** We are seeking an experienced **Revit / CAD Draughtsman** to join our Architecture and Engineering Consultancy team. The successful candidate will support the architectural and engineering design teams in the preparation, development, and coordination of technical drawings and BIM models for building projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and develop **architectural and engineering drawings** using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. * Develop and update **Revit BIM models** based on design information provided by architects and engineers. * Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and construction documentation. * Coordinate drawings between **Architecture, Structural and MEP disciplines**. * Incorporate design changes and consultant/client comments into drawings and models. * Maintain drawing standards, naming conventions, revision control, and document organization. * Support preparation of **Tender and IFC drawing packages**. * Identify basic coordination issues and discrepancies between disciplines. **Requirements:** * Diploma or technical qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in an architecture/engineering consultancy or similar environment. * Strong proficiency in **Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD**. * Good understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and construction detailing. * Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination will be an advantage. * Ability to work accurately under deadlines and as part of a multidisciplinary design team. * Good communication skills and working proficiency in English.
