Draftsman (AutoCAD / Revit / BIM)

**About Us** Abu Hayan National is a growing construction and contracting company based in the Sultanate of Oman, delivering residential and commercial building projects with professionalism, efficiency, and integrity. We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our Projects team and support our engineering and site operations with accurate, high\-quality drawings. **Role Summary** The Draftsman will prepare, revise, and manage architectural and structural drawings for the company's projects, working closely with project engineers, planners, and consultants. The role covers producing shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and BIM models in line with approved designs, municipality requirements, and project schedules. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings using AutoCAD and Revit according to approved designs and specifications. * Develop and maintain BIM models, and extract drawings, sections, details, and quantities from them. * Produce shop drawings and as\-built drawings for site execution and handover. * Incorporate consultant and municipality comments and manage drawing revisions with proper version control. * Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to resolve drawing conflicts and clashes (using Navisworks or similar tools). * Prepare presentation layouts and 3D views when required (SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape or similar). * Maintain organized digital archives of all project drawings and documents. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience as a Draftsman in construction or contracting (Oman/GCC experience is a plus). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Revit** is essential. * Working knowledge of **BIM workflows** (clash detection, model coordination, quantity take\-off); Navisworks experience is an advantage. * Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office is a plus. * Good understanding of Omani municipality drawing standards and building codes is an advantage. * Ability to read structural and architectural drawings accurately and work to deadlines. * Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. * The opportunity to work on active residential and commercial projects across Muscat. * A collaborative team environment with room to grow. **How to Apply** Apply directly through Indeed with your CV and a portfolio/sample of your drawings (PDF).
