About the role:
As a Revenue Analyst, you will maximize revenue performance through strategic pricing, inventory restriction management, and data-driven analysis across our diverse portfolio of 8 properties including Pullman Creek Hotel & Residence, Novotel Creekside, Ibis Creekside, Novotel Suites Mall Avenue, Ibis Mall Avenue, Ibis Al Rigga, and Movenpick Creek. Working closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will drive forecasting models, monitor localized market trends, identify competitive growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate overall profitability and achieve corporate business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.
• Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
• Prepare materials for the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meeting.
• Help create short- and long-term topline revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
• Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
• 1-3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with the distribution landscape and online travel agencies.
• Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset and a passion for revenue management.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
