**Retail Sales Executive** Crystal Flash LLC is seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Retail Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our lighting and electrical products, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience in retail sales is required, while experience in lighting, electrical, or building materials is highly preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion. * Assist showroom customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service. * Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, sales returns, and process sales transactions using \*\*Odoo ERP\*\*. * Follow up on quotations, leads, and customer inquiries to convert opportunities into sales. * Conduct outdoor sales visits to ministries, government entities, project sites, and potential clients to generate new business. * Maintain strong knowledge of products, specifications, pricing, promotions, and new arrivals. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. * Handle customer payments, maintain accurate sales records, and submit regular sales activity reports. * Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain long\-term customer relationships. * Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed professionally. * Work flexible shifts, including weekends or extended hours when required. **Requirements:** · Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales (retail or direct sales). · Age between 22 to 35 years. · Strong communication and customer service skills. · Ability to approach customers, present products, and close sales effectively. · Target\-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. · Good command of English (Arabic is mandatory). · Presentable appearance and professional attitude. · Valid driving license is required. · Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets. ***Please note that applications must be submitted through the company’s website only.
