• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and personalizing their dining experience. • Efficiently manage order taking and ensure accurate communication between the kitchen and guests. • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations. • Assist in menu knowledge, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus. • Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment; at least 4-5 years preferred. • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one within the first month of employment. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
