Restaurant Operations Supervisor

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and service\-driven Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience, smooth service delivery, and strong sales performance. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on hospitality professional with a strong background in customer service, sales, team supervision, and restaurant operations. The candidate should be able to lead the team, maintain service standards, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities \* Oversee the day\-to\-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. \* Lead, coach, and motivate the front\-of\-house team to deliver outstanding customer service. \* Drive sales through upselling, promotions, guest engagement, and service excellence. \* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality. \* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maximize guest satisfaction. \* Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue. \* Supervise staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity. \* Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and UAE regulations. \* Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to maintain seamless operations. \* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and optimize profitability. \* Prepare operational and sales reports and recommend improvements. Qualifications \& Experience  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, supervision, or a similar hospitality role.  Strong background in customer service and sales.  Proven experience in leading and supervising restaurant teams.  PIC (Person\-in\-Charge) experience is an advantage.  Ability to independently manage daily restaurant operations.  Strong communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.  Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
