Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in managing restaurant staff and operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently. • Supervise, train, and motivate staff. • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. • Control inventory, purchasing, and operating costs. • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. • Achieve sales targets and improve profitability. • Food & Accommodation provided. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team. • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
