Restaurant Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and dynamic **Restaurant Manager** to join a prestigious **restaurant outlet owned and operated by a renowned 5\-star luxury resort in Bahrain**. We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent guest service standards, and proven experience in managing successful restaurant operations. **Position:** Restaurant Manager **Location:** Kingdom of Bahrain **Industry:** Luxury Hospitality / Restaurant Operations **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the overall day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant * Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the restaurant team * Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and satisfaction * Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House and Kitchen operations * Monitor sales, costs, inventory, staffing, and operational performance * Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally * Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality * Support revenue growth through effective upselling and operational strategies * Ensure compliance with company policies and established 5\-star hospitality standards **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum **5–7 years of experience in Food \& Beverage operations**, with relevant experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role * Previous experience with a **5\-star hotel/resort, luxury restaurant, or premium dining outlet** is highly preferred * Strong leadership and team\-management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and guest service * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-standard hospitality environment * Professional appearance with a guest\-focused personality * Candidates **currently available in Bahrain** will be given preference * Immediate or short\-notice joiners are preferred Work Location: In person
