As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm and memorable dining experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude. * Manage reservations, walk\-ins, and seating arrangements. * Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow. * Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. * Handle guest requests and concerns professionally. * Ensure every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. Pay: BD250\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
