Career Land Center is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Greek restaurant for Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract: 6 months Start Date: October 2026 Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant Requirements: * Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership position. * Proven experience working in a restaurant environment. * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with Greek cuisine is required. * Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction. * Experience supervising and motivating restaurant staff. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural hospitality environment. * Professional attitude and strong customer\-service skills. Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the restaurant. * Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth service. * Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service. * Ensure Greek cuisine standards and recipes are consistently followed. * Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs. * Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. * Support staff training and development. * Coordinate with the kitchen and front\-of\-house teams. * Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards. * Help achieve operational and customer\-service goals throughout Riyadh Season.
