**\\>\>** Position: **Restaurant Manager (Fine dining Experienced)** **The Role:** Lead daily operations and guest experience at our high\-end restaurant. You're the face of the brand on the floor — connecting the front\-of\-house and kitchen teams to deliver seamless, premium service every shift. **What You'll Do:** * Own the guest journey from reservation to departure; resolve issues quickly and anticipate needs before they arise * Run all FOH operations: reservations, seating, service flow, and event setups * Lead, schedule, and develop a diverse FOH team through training, briefings, and performance reviews * Track covers, revenue, and spend\-per\-head; work with the Head Chef on upselling and pricing * Bridge FOH and kitchen — communicating pacing, dietary needs, and VIP requirements clearly * Ensure compliance with local regulations, health \& safety, and brand standards * Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, VIP clientele, and local community to strengthen brand loyalty. **What You'll Bring** * 7\+ years in upscale restaurant or hotel F\&B, with at least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH lead * Experience in a GCC or Middle Eastern hospitality setting strongly preferred * Proven ability to lead a multicultural team of 15\+ * Strong English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus * Cultural sensitivity and a genuine understanding of Gulf guest expectations * Degree in Hospitality or Business preferred; food safety certification required Application Question(s): * ANSWERS FOR THE BELOW PRE\-SCREENING QUESTIONS ARE REQUIRED. * In which city and country are you currently located? * Which country passport do you have?
