Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining Experienced)

**Position Title:** Restaurant Manager **Department:** Food \& Beverage Operations **Location:** Qatar **Starting Salary:** QAR 8,000 to QAR 10,000 (Full package / Live Out) **Reports To:** CEO **Position Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Qatar F\&B industry, strong leadership skills, knowledge of local regulations, and a passion for hospitality excellence. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening/closing procedures, and shift management to ensure optimal food quality and service efficiency. * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of 15\+ staff members while promoting teamwork, performance coaching, and positive morale. * Drive customer service excellence by resolving guest complaints, monitoring online reviews, and cultivating relationships with regular diners. * Enforce full compliance with Qatar Municipality health standards, HACCP food safety protocols, cleaning schedules, and safety inspections. * Manage operational finances by controlling food and labor costs, monitoring budgets, analyzing POS sales reports, and driving profitability. * Conduct regular inventory counts, manage stock reconciliation, negotiate with suppliers, and minimize overall operational waste. * Maintain consistent quality control regarding recipe adherence, food presentation standards, and overall facility and equipment maintenance. * Collaborate with management on menu development, pricing, upselling strategies, promotional activities, and special group bookings. * Oversee daily cash handling, POS systems, financial reconciliation, and the preparation of operational reports for upper management. * Ensure workplace adherence to Qatar Labor Law regarding staff welfare, safety practices, uniform standards, and disciplinary actions. **Qualifications** * Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in Qatar (managing teams of 15\+), with strong knowledge of Qatar Municipality regulations and Labor Law. * Fluency in English with strong MS Office/POS software skills; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.
