Job description
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of overall culinary experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP).
* 1 CDP – Sushi: Must have strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in sushi preparation.
* 1 CDP – Pan\-Asian: Must have strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in Pan\-Asian cuisine, particularly robata and grilling techniques.
