REQUIRED FEMALE TELESALES EXECUTIVE CUM ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote the company's products and services. * Handle inbound inquiries professionally and direct them to the relevant department when required. * Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to maximize business opportunities. * Schedule appointments and meetings for the MD/CEO with prospective clients. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow\-up activities in the CRM or company database. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call performance and lead status reports for the MD/CEO. * Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls and report findings to management. * Follow up on quotations, proposals, pending payments, and customer decisions. * Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely customer support. * Meet assigned call targets, lead conversion goals, and follow\-up timelines. * Perform other administrative, sales, or customer support duties assigned by the MD/CEO from time to time. **NOTE:** * THE VACANT POSITION IS ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIATES. * THE CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE WITHIN OMAN (MUSCAT). * THE MUST HAVE SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGES (URDU/HINDI/ENGLISH \& PUNJABI).
