Regional Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a Regional Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer to build, maintain, and secure our office infrastructure across the GCC region. You will be responsible for network reliability, identity management, hardware setup, and regional office deployments. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and optimize office networks (Firewalls, Managed Switches, Wi-Fi, Site-to-Site VPNs). • Administer Active Directory, M365/Google Workspace, and enforce device security policies via MDM/EDR. • Lead IT infrastructure setups for new office launches across the GCC region. • Manage local ISPs, hardware suppliers, and IT service providers. • Provide escalation support for internal infrastructure issues. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Administration or IT Systems Engineering. • Strong background in TCP/IP, VLAN segmentation, firewall management, and VPN routing. • Experience with AD/GPO, endpoint protection, and inventory management. • Fluency in English. • Ability to travel within the GCC region as required. • Full ownership of security at the GCC's largest ticketing platform you define the architecture, the standards and the roadmap. • A genuinely broad technical playground: multi-country office infrastructure. • Budget for tooling and external expertise; direct access to leadership. • Participation in new office launches and infrastructure modernisation across the region. • Competitive salary and benefits; a friendly, international team in Dubai. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Administration or IT Systems Engineering. • Strong background in TCP/IP, VLAN segmentation, firewall management, and VPN routing. • Experience with AD/GPO, endpoint protection, and inventory management. • Fluency in English. • Ability to travel within the GCC region as required.
