Recruitment Operations Intern

**We’re looking for a doer, not a spectator.** As a Recruitment Operations Intern, you’ll help us keep our candidate pipeline moving and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. **What you’ll do** * **Quality Assurance:** Review candidate CVs, videos, and profiles for accuracy and quality. * **Candidate Follow\-Up:** Call candidates, check their progress, and chase missing updates or documents. * **Admin \& Operations:** Send emails, update candidate information, and keep our recruitment process organized. * **Sales Support:** Communicate with candidates and help move them through the recruitment process. **This is a fast\-paced, hands\-on role.** You’ll be jumping between QA, admin, calling, and follow\-ups so you need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable getting things done. **Details** * **Duration:** 1 month * **Hours:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Expenses:** **BD 50** * **Start:** **Immediately \- ideally September 6th or 7th** * **Location:** Bahrain **If you’re a fast learner, take ownership, and don’t need to be chased to get things done, we want to hear from you.** Application Question(s): * What is your email address ? * You have a car, you drive ? * How old are you ? * You have 50 candidate profiles to review, 10 need follow\-up calls, and 20 emails to send.
