Receptionist

Position: Receptionist / Front Office Executive Company: Middle East Mattress Factory Co. (Sealy Middle East) Location: Saudi Arabia (Headquarters / Corporate Office) Nationality: Saudi National Only (In compliance with nationalization targets) Role Purpose Serves as the primary ambassador and face of the company, managing front-desk operations, welcoming corporate clients, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth office workflows. Key Responsibilities • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, corporate partners, and suppliers with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department. • Communication & Inquiries: Manage a multi-line switchboard, filter incoming calls, and track general corporate email inquiries promptly. • Administrative Support: Coordinate incoming/outgoing couriers, manage meeting room schedules, and maintain an organized inventory of office supplies. • Visitor Verification: Maintain workplace security protocols by logging visitor details and issuing security badges. • Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, English, Literature, or a related discipline. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in front desk operations, administrative roles, or customer service ideally within a corporate or manufacturing headquarters. • Languages: Native Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written English skills. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
