Rebar Detailer / Structural Draughtsman

Build 3D reinforcement models in Revit Structure for substructure elements. Produce reinforcement shop drawings and bar bending schedules from approved designs. Detail pile caps, raft foundations, retaining walls, basements and ground beams. Resolve clashes by coordinating reinforcement models with structural, architectural and MEP teams. Turn design revisions and site RFIs into updated drawings fast, with minimal supervision. Maintain drawing registers and revision control to project standards. 3-5 years producing reinforcement shop drawings and bar bending schedules. Hands-on 3D rebar modelling experience in Revit Structure. Experience detailing pile caps, raft foundations, retaining walls or basements. Strong AutoCAD skills for reviewing and editing structural drawings. Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field. A portfolio of past reinforcement models, shop drawings and BBS output.
