Real Estate Sales Representative

Job Summary We are looking for a **motivated and results\-driven Real Estate Sales Representative** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting available properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. Previous experience in **real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred**. Candidates with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities * Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, calls, social media, and other sales channels. * Identify and understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets. * Present and promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients. * Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits. * Maintain strong and professional relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. * Follow up with leads and prospective clients regularly to convert inquiries into successful transactions. * Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with clients. * Prepare and present property information, quotations, and sales proposals. * Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, viewings, and sales activities. * Stay updated on property prices, market trends, competitor activities, and available properties. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after\-sales support. * Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure smooth completion of transactions. * Promote company properties through appropriate online and offline marketing channels. * Perform other sales\-related duties assigned by management. Requirements * Previous experience in **real estate sales, property sales, or a similar sales position** is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and proactive. * Good knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market is an advantage. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. * Professional and presentable with a customer\-focused approach. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** Work Location: In person
