Real Estate Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Real Estate Sales Representative** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, and knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market is an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. * Conduct property viewings and provide professional presentations to prospective clients. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of available property listings, market trends, and pricing. * Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and property owners. * Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using CRM systems. * Work closely with the marketing team to promote property listings through online and offline channels. * Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). * Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self\-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage. * Knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market is an advantage. * Candidates with a valid Bahrain RERA Sales Agent License or eligibility to obtain one are preferred. Real estate sales agents in Bahrain must be affiliated with a licensed broker and hold the appropriate RERA sales agent license. Work Location: In person
