• Oversee property management operations, ensuring efficient maintenance and tenant satisfaction, minimizing vacancies, and maximizing property value. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess property values, guiding strategic real estate decisions. • Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. • Manage and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive tenant-landlord interactions. • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Possesses relevant certifications such as a Real Estate License or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate management or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record. • Demonstrates experience in commercial or residential real estate, with a focus on property management.
