Real Estate Agent

• Respond to and qualify buyer and investor inquiries. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. • Conduct property viewings, consultations, and project presentations. • Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and investors. • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle. • Negotiate terms and successfully close sales in line with company targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. • Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends, property prices, payment plans, and new project launches. • Develop a strong understanding of property opportunities in Sharjah, Ajman, and other key UAE markets. • Represent DAA'RK GROUP professionally during client meetings, viewings, and industry events. • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing situations. • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. • Fluent English is required. Additional languages, particularly Arabic or Russian, are an advantage. Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory. • A valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
