• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions. • Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. • Prepare comprehensive property listings and marketing materials that highlight unique features and attract potential buyers. • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests while ensuring smooth transactions. • Stay informed about local and national real estate trends, laws, and market conditions to provide expert advice. • Assist clients in home staging and property presentation to maximize appeal and market value. • Organize and conduct property showings, providing insightful information to engage potential buyers or renters. • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate seamless transactions and address client concerns. • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate consulting or a similar role to demonstrate industry knowledge. • Real Estate License or certification is mandatory to ensure adherence to local regulations and standards. • Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies to provide clients with informed advice. • Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS systems, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms. • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals that meet client objectives. • Proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of overcoming challenges and finding effective solutions in dynamic situations. • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
