**Job Summary**
**Perk Excellence Real Estate Dubai** is looking for **experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents** specializing in the **Dubai Secondary Market**.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial property market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
**Area of Expertise**
Candidates with strong market knowledge and proven experience in the following areas are preferred:
* Downtown Dubai
* Jumeirah
* Sheikh Zayed Road
* Al Wasl
* Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)
* Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT)
* Jumeirah City Garden
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle **rental, buying, and selling transactions** in the Dubai Secondary Market.
* Specialize in residential and commercial properties.
* Generate, manage, and follow up on client leads.
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate with clients.
* Manage transactions from initial inquiry through successful closing.
* Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
* Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of Dubai property prices, inventory, and market trends.

**Requirements**
* **Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai Secondary Market real estate sales.**
* Strong knowledge of the **Dubai Secondary Market**.
* Good knowledge of the specified areas.
* Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
* Strong client\-handling and relationship\-management skills.
* Self\-motivated, ambitious, and target\-driven.
* Ability to work independently and generate new business.
* **Valid UAE driving license is required.**
