In 100 leads \-2\-3 % is the closing rate (hot leads ) so we prefer we all close deals not just 1 person per team . Anyhows were a bit stricter for this reason since we won’t give you the leads of “2 years ago “ as some companies do . We give fresh leads ( expensive too ) so ofc we want someone with experience \- A CLOSER ! Capable , confident \- but Humble too ( humility in right dosage is key to success .)
